The main post office is located on Kampala & Speke Rd. They take care of postal and telecom services there. This post office offers international phone and fax services and yes, they have phone cards too. The leading companies, MTN and UTL sell cardphones all over town. The prices depend on the type of card you need. (for international or local calls).
